Marc A. Powell is a trial attorney with 28 years of experience in the insurance defense field.  Mr. Powell has tried over 60 jury trials and handled various appeals in state and federal courts.  Mr. Powell’s trial experience has involved the defense of personal injury actions (auto, wrongful death and product liability), insurance fraud (arson and theft claims) and coverage cases. His high success rate in the courtroom is exceptional.  Mr. Powell is also frequently invited to speak at seminars on various topics including insurance fraud, claim investigation and cross examination of experts.  He represents over 10 insurance companies and serves as the managing partner.
