James P. Rupper graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1977.  For over 20 years, he served as Judge Advocate in the United States Army.  His civilian practice includes legal work as an attorney in California, Utah and Kansas.  Mr. Rupper joined the firm in September 2002, and he handles cases involving bankruptcy, divorce and child custody.
